Our one-on-one sessions provide a supportive and engaging environment where participants can explore movement, breathing, and mindfulness in a fun, relaxed setting. Each class is designed to help individuals build confidence, body awareness, and self-regulation skills while enjoying a calm and creative experience.

• 75 minutes of individualized yoga and mindfulness practice
• Movement games and creative exercises designed to make learning fun
• Breathing and relaxation techniques to promote calm and focus
• Opportunities to build connection and self-expression through movement

What It Is:
Small group sessions (6 participants max) are an excellent opportunity to learn and refine techniques within a communal environment. These sessions are available for all skill levels, fostering shared energy and growth.
